Fit to Fat - how do I come Back!
Hi everyone, today’s blog is about starting a journey to keep me in track on getting fit again. I have been doing the yo-yo thing where I start then stop and lose courage. Mental health is important. It’s not easy sometimes to keep going and do the right choices when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. Who will embark with me on this?
